There are many types of caterers. There are those who offer their services for social events like catering for events like weddings and also anniversaries, others who do catering for birthday parties, and also there are those caterers who offer their services for the business community. This type of caterer is called a Corporate Caterer. These caterers make, deliver and serve people in business meetings and business events. Start by learning the art by working for someone who is already a caterer, and by doing this, you learn a lot of the business. just because you are a good cook does not mean that you will be able to manage to cook for a lot of people so you need to acquire the skill or even perfect it by enrolling in to a school or intuition that will not only help you become a better cook, but also teach you how to manage, direct and supervise a catering business.
