There is something worse than writer's block

I was typing away the ending to a short story I planned to publish soon. I was glad my case of writer's block is over. It took me about two weeks to get the creative juice pumping again. It wasn't much of a bother though because I had to take my computer in for repair anyway. The motherboard had to be replaced, the technician said. It was the cause of the distorted display issue. I paid a mighty good sum for getting it fixed. When I got my computer back, I didn't start writing right away. Not until today. Now, in the middle of the denouement, word 2007 crashes. I was stunned. I restarted the application but it didn't recover the last part of what I was writing. Eight hundred words that I've waited two weeks to think of gone in a snap. I tried to write as much as I remembered but it didn't sound right. I was too frustrated by being interrupted in the middle of a creative stream, so I told myself to take a walk first, then return for an even more creative ending.
